Welcome to Prime AI Studio. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Prime AI Studio is owned and operated by Osaivbie Egharevba Favour, based in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Prime AI Studio. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be terminated immediately.
Prime AI Studio is an AI-powered business operating system. We provide tools including but not limited to: an AI business partner called Prime, a website builder, a chatbot builder, marketing and sales tools, business analysis, and customer support automation.
Our services are provided on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on your current plan.
Prime AI Studio offers four plans: Free ($0), Basic ($9/month), Pro ($25/month), and Premium ($59/month). All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed through Flutterwave and converted to your local currency automatically.
Subscriptions are rolling — they renew on the same date each month as your original payment date, not the first of the calendar month.
If we increase prices, you will be notified before your next renewal date. Existing subscribers keep their current price until their subscription renews. When we add new features, existing paying subscribers receive them for free until their next renewal date.
Each plan includes a daily message limit for AI interactions:
Free plan: 0 messages per day (website builder and chatbot setup only). Basic plan: 30 messages per day. Pro plan: 100 messages per day. Premium plan: 500 messages per day.
Limits reset every day at midnight. If you reach your daily limit, you will see a message inviting you to upgrade your plan to continue.
You own the content (text, images, and information) that you provide for your website. However, the website itself — its hosting, structure, and infrastructure — belongs to Prime AI Studio.
If you cancel your subscription or your account is terminated, your website will be taken offline. You cannot transfer your Prime AI Studio website to another hosting provider.
Domain names: Prime AI Studio does not purchase domain names on your behalf. If you want a custom domain, you must purchase it yourself from a domain registrar such as Namecheap or GoDaddy, and we will help you connect it to your Prime AI Studio website (available on Premium plan).
Free plan users receive a subdomain under primeaistudio.com (for example: yourbusiness.primeaistudio.com). Basic and above can host their website on our platform. Premium plan users can connect their own custom domain.
Prime AI Studio uses Google Gemini to power our AI features. Your conversations with Prime AI are used to provide you with better, more personalized responses.
By using Prime AI Studio, you agree that your conversations with Prime AI — including messages your customers send to your AI chatbot — may be used to train and improve the Prime AI system. This training uses anonymized and de-identified data. No business names, customer names, personal details, or identifying information are ever shared or revealed to any other party.
This means: when your customers chat with your AI-powered chatbot, those conversations help make Prime AI smarter for all businesses on the platform. The AI learns what works and applies those lessons broadly — without ever identifying you or your customers.
To improve our AI system, we may use anonymized and de-identified conversation data for AI training and cross-business intelligence. Lessons learned from successful strategies on our platform are applied to help other businesses, but no business names, personal details, or identifying information are ever shared or revealed.
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. When you delete your account, your personal business data is permanently removed. However, anonymized conversation data may be retained for AI training purposes as described above. This retained data cannot be traced back to you.
All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on your renewal date each month.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
You agree not to use Prime AI Studio to: generate illegal content, harass or harm others, violate intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse engineer or copy our systems, use our AI to deceive or defraud others, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will notify you through the platform and by email if possible. Continuing to use Prime AI Studio after changes means you accept the updated terms.
