Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Prime AI Studio collects, how we use it, and your rights over your data.
When you create an account and use Prime AI Studio, we collect:
Account information: your email address and password (encrypted). Business information: your business name, type, phone number, country, address, goals, and social media links that you provide during onboarding or in your profile. Usage data: messages you send to Prime AI, how you use features, and which agents you interact with. Technical data: your browser type, device type, and IP address for security purposes.
We use your information to:
Provide and improve our services. Personalize your AI business partner so Prime knows your business and gives relevant advice. Send you notifications about your account, plan, and new features. Process payments through Flutterwave. Ensure platform security and prevent abuse. Improve our AI systems using anonymized and de-identified data.
Prime AI Studio learns from interactions across all businesses on our platform to provide better recommendations to everyone. This is done using fully anonymized data — no business names, personal details, or identifying information are used.
This includes chatbot conversations. When your customers interact with the AI chatbot you build using Prime AI Studio, those conversations — fully anonymized — may be used to train and improve our AI system. By using our platform and deploying a chatbot to your customers, you agree to this. Your customers' names, contact details, and any personally identifying information are never stored or used for training. Only the patterns and content of conversations are learned from.
When we identify a strategy or approach that is working well for businesses on our platform, we apply that learning to help other businesses — without revealing which business the lesson came from. You will never see another business owner's data, and they will never see yours.
If you do not want conversation data used for AI training, you must not deploy a chatbot through Prime AI Studio. Continued use of the chatbot feature constitutes consent to this use of data.
We use the following third-party services to operate Prime AI Studio:
Supabase — database storage and user authentication. Your data is stored securely in Supabase servers with Row Level Security enabled.
Google Gemini (Google AI) — the AI engine that powers Prime. Your messages are sent to Google's API to generate responses. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for how they handle API data.
Google OAuth — if you choose to sign in with Google, your Google account information (name and email) is shared with us to create your account.
Flutterwave — payment processing. We do not store your payment card details. All payment data is handled securely by Flutterwave and converted from USD to your local currency.
Cloudflare R2 — file and image storage. Business images and website assets you upload are stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
Resend — email delivery. We use Resend to send you account notifications, plan change alerts, and important updates from noreply@primeai.studio.
We take security seriously. Your password is encrypted and never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use Row Level Security on our database so users can only access their own data. We monitor for suspicious activity and rate-limit login attempts.
If you delete your account, your personal business data, profile information, and identifiable information will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Anonymized conversation data — from which your identity cannot be recovered — may be retained for AI training and research purposes, as stated in our Terms of Service. This is standard practice for AI platforms and helps us make Prime smarter for all users.
You have the right to:
Access your data: see what information we hold about you in your Profile and Settings pages. Correct your data: update your business information at any time. Delete your data: delete your account and personal data at any time from your Profile page. Withdraw consent: stop using our services at any time.
Prime AI Studio is for users aged 18 and above only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers. Prime AI Studio products are ad-free.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform. Continued use of Prime AI Studio after changes means you accept the updated policy.
